I launched Kostyack Strategies in July 2021 because NGOs and foundations need expertise and assistance with accelerating the transition to an equitable decarbonized economy. A key focus of my work is updating laws governing public and private finance so that they fully account for climate-related financial risks and opportunities.

I have a creative mindset. Each of my projects entails assessing how fast-changing events create new opportunities. Whether I am researching and writing reports, designing policy campaigns or educating and persuading government officials, I am honored to be a part of a large and growing climate justice movement filled with inspiring people.

My services include program evaluation, campaign design, policy research and analysis, direct advocacy before decision makers and communications. In over three decades of working on climate and environmental policy, I have enjoyed success in each of these areas.
